A writer by trade, I’ve been writing for the last ten years, with work featured on ABC News and published in Huffington Post, VICE, Channel News Asia, South China Morning Post, Tatler Asia, Hong Kong Tourism Board, Hong Kong Airlines and more.

Outside of writing, food is my true love. My passion for food has led me to pursue a year-long culinary apprenticeship in the Lake District, UK, followed by stints in Glasgow’s Gloriosa restaurant and Italy’s Da Lucio, a one-Michelin-star restaurant specialising in fish butchery and dry-ageing.
